Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, motivate, and support grooming staff
• Manage scheduling for groomers and client appointments
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon environment
• Monitor salon performance, productivity, and client satisfaction
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and team development
• Ensure pets receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
• Manage inventory and salon supplies
• Help grow the business through client retention and positive salon culture
• Support front desk operations, phone calls, and appointment management as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a grooming salon, pet care, retail, or service-based environment
• Grooming industry experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all breeds and temperaments
• Experience with scheduling software and basic computer skills preferred
